Citizen Charter
  1. Ensuring the health care of patients coming to the outpatient department of the hospital.
  2. Ensuring cleanliness in the hospital.
  3. Ensuring medical care for patients arriving in the emergency department.
  4. From 8.00 am to 2.50 pm, medical services are provided to the patients coming to the outpatient department.
  5. Different types of tests are done in the laboratory.
  6. X-ray, ultrasonography, ECG are done.
  7. 24-hour medical care is provided to admitted patients.
  8. The officers and employees on duty in the emergency department provide 24-hour medical care.
  9. Admitted patients are provided free three meals a day.
  10. Expectant mothers are provided with ANC and PNC services, normal deliveries and caesareans.
  11. Tuberculosis patients are provided with free medicines.
  12. Diarrhea patients are given saline diet
  13. Monthly patient reports and other reports are regularly sent to the higher office.
